Kuzmenko's achievements began with the 50-meter freestyle, where he clocked a personal best time of 19.30 seconds, setting a new Central Coast Section record. This achievement was followed by another record-breaking performance in the 100-meter freestyle, where he finished in 42.77 seconds. The highlight of his individual performances, however, was his contribution to the 200-meter medley relay team, which shattered the Section record with a time of 1:29.41. Kuzmenko's freestyle leg split of 18.73 seconds was instrumental in this triumph, showcasing his versatility and speed in the pool.
The meet also saw other record-breaking performances, including Kelsey Zhang's Section record in the 200-meter individual medley, and Shareef Elaydi's record in the 100-meter breaststroke.
